1. How do I return an item?
Please request an RMA # through our messaging system on the returns & exchanges page. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also look up your past orders under your "my account" section. The tracking number provided will be trackable on usps.com.
3. What are your shipping rates?
USA orders - $2.99 flat rate standard shipping.
International orders - $10.99 flat rate shipping fee.
USA orders will receive FREE SHIPPING on orders of $20 or more.
4. How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We ship all items within 24 hours, so it may or may not be too late to change/cancel your order.

If your order was already shipped & is going to be returned to us due to an insufficient address, we will be happy to resend the item once a new address has been provided.
6. Why hasn't my item shipped yet?
In 99% of cases, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. There will be rare occasions where our last item in stock is defective or the last pair of plugs doesn't match up in size or color. If this is the case, there can be a slight delay in the processing of your order. We will contact you with an estimated shipping date if it's going to be more than a day or two.

9. How do I use a coupon?

10. Are your plugs & tapers sold in pairs?
Yes, all of the plugs & tapers sold on our site are sold by the pair. If for some reason they are sold as a single, this will be noted on the actual product page.
11. Are your nipple rings/barbells sold in pairs?
For the most part, all of the barbells/nipple jewelry will be sold by the piece. If a style is sold by the pair, it will be a noted on the actual product page.
